Regarding product delivery
In principle, in-stock items will be shipped within 3 days after the order is placed within our reception hours for cash on delivery, and within 3 days after the payment is confirmed in our bank account for bank transfer. In the case of out-of-stock items or items being ordered, we will contact you by email or phone to inform you of the expected shipping date.
Payment Deadline
Generally, there is no set deadline, but there may be a deadline depending on the product (if there is limited stock). Please note that we may contact you by email if it has been more than one month.
Return Policy
In the case of defective products or incorrectly shipped products, we will only exchange products if you contact us within one week of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for any other reasons or if more than one week has passed since the product arrived.

Return Shipping Fee
We will only cover the cost if you contact us in advance, give us your approval, and use our designated shipping company.
Return deadline
We also accept returns and refunds for reasons of customer convenience, such as "ordering the wrong product"; however, in this case, the customer will be responsible for the bank transfer fee.
If you would like a refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with details on how to return the item.

This only applies if you return the product to us within one week of receiving it. We only accept items that have been tried on. Please note that we cannot accept items that have been worn. (If we determine that the item has been worn, we will return it as is.)
